1:30 PM: Bondage For Sex Workshop

Experienced rigger and suspension artist, Lew Rubens has a love and passion of bondage that shows in his work. 

Known mostly for his wild suspensions, Lew joined the public side of BDSM play in the Spring of 2001, and started his website BoundNDetermined.com.   A few years later Kink.com made him an offer he couldn’t resist and he began running Waterbondage for them from Winter 2006, through Spring 2008.  At that time moving into a "Bondage Consultant" position for the prestigious company. 

On his own again now, Lew has plans to revive Boundndetermined.com as well as starting exciting new sites LewRubens.com and Lewbari.com and contracting his Bondage Consulting knowledge abroad.  

Lew has presented his workshops and demos of his unique style at many BDSM and bondage industry events throughout the US, Canada, Jamaica and Germany. 

Two classes will be offered at a location in Arcata:

Targeted to beginners or those wanting to emulate Lew Rubens
distinctive style from the ground up.
Come join the fun with Lew as he teaches many of the basics of the
joy of rope bondage. From what types of rope to use, to why tie
someone up, to safety concerns and rope handling techniques and much
much more. Be sure to bring your ropes to this energetic "hands on"
workshop and be ready to tie or be tied...or both! Bring a partner/
victim if you have one, if not we’ll try to pair you up with
someone. Bring rope if you have it, if not it will be provided.

Join him in this fun, hands-on workshop to discover that variety,
even in bondage is truly the spice of life. Included; The Ohoo rope,
the bondage missionary position, bondage as foreplay and many other
